Cancellation Policy
We require a non-refundable payment for some of our treatments upfront (new clients only), unfortunately this is due to a number of 'no shows'. If you have any additional treatments during your appointment these will be charged for at the time. Appointments can be re-arranged free of charge if we are given at least 24 hours notice. In the event of a no-show, no further bookings will be able made until the missed appointment has been paid for. Please contact us by phone or email to cancel or rebook your appointment. If you are a returning client we also ask that at least 24 hours notice is given to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If this policy is not adhered to then unfortunately we will not be able to reschedule your appointment until payment has been made for the missed appointment first. We appreciate your understanding.
