Routine Foot Care & Initial Consultation

Service Description

Your Foot health practitioner will complete a full foot health assessment with you, including taking details of your medical history, prior to your routine foot care. This helps us learn a little bit about you so that we can consider how any medical conditions may affect your foot care needs. They will then perform any routine footcare that you require, including: Thickened nail reduction Corn enucleation Hard skin (callus) removal Minor in growing toe nail removal Athletes foot Fungal Nail Diabetic Foot care Cream and a foot massage They will also discuss any other treatments with you that they feel you may benefit from, for example nail reconstruction, nail correction and verruca treatments if applicable. If you can't see a suitable appointment time available then please message or call us to book as we may be able to accommodate another time to suit you. Please note that appointment time may vary depending on what treatments you require. Full payment is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable, however we are more than happy to re-arrange your appointment if required as long as we receive at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellation Policy

We require a non-refundable payment for some of our treatments upfront (new clients only), unfortunately this is due to a number of 'no shows'. If you have any additional treatments during your appointment these will be charged for at the time. Appointments can be re-arranged free of charge if we are given at least 24 hours notice. In the event of a no-show or less than 24 hours notice given to rearrange your appointment unfortunately no refunds will be given. If you are a returning client we also ask that at least 24 hours notice is given to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If this policy is not adhered to then unfortunately we will not be able to reschedule your appointment until payment has been made for the missed appointment first. We appreciate your understanding.
