Cancellation and Rebooking policy:

We completely understand that sometimes plans change and appointments need to be cancelled or rearranged. We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice wherever possible. This gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Unfortunately appointments cancelled, not attended, or rearranged with less than 48 hours notice will incur a £50 flat cancellation charge for existing clients. New clients who have already paid will forfeit the payment made at booking. We really appreciate your understanding and consideration. Your notice helps us keep the clinic running smoothly and ensures we can make our appointments available to those who need them.
